So - did I make it? Was I able to empty out and organize 3 boxes worth of stuff.
No....but, I did mow 3/4 of the lawn (the mower started smoking - that's when I knew it was time to stop) which resulted in a blister on both thumbs, that look like this:
I was also able to feed the family (though we basically had lunch for dinner), then collapse after putting the little ones to bed.
Little Miss isn't feeling well. So, when I woke her up today she was not very happy to go to camp. I'm hoping she can hold out until noon at least. I have a meeting at 11 and then I could go get her.
Goal if I have to pick her up and take her home early: 4 boxes
Goal if I don't have to pick her up and take her home early: finish mowing the front yard, empty 1 box and make a real dinner.
That shouldn't be too hard. Should it?

A Divided Home
My family is certainly divided. I have high energy, but am lazy. My husband does not have high energy, but may be just as lazy. The kids have loads and loads of energy, but have not been taught to be organized.
We just bought a house and I've decided, it's time for some routine to be introduced.
School starts in a few weeks and my baby boy will start Kindergarten. My daughter will continue at preschool. My husband works a train ride away and that leaves me shouldering much of the daily routine. Along with drop off and pickup (which will be in two places now), I'll need to deal with errands, and all it takes to run a home.
So, here's today's goal: Unpack three boxes.
Now, in theory that doesn't sound too hard. I'll check back with you tomorrow to see if I was able to obtain that one tiny goal.
